1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, accessing event portals hosted on coveyrsvp.com, connecting custom vanity domains, or submitting RSVPs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Autonomous AI Agent Utilization
Covey RSVP provides autonomous planning agents including the Guest List Ingestor, Smart Follow-Up Drafter, and Catering Safety Auditor. All AI generated recommendations, including dietary categorization and cross-contamination alerts, are advisory. Event hosts and catering staff are responsible for final allergen safety verification before food service.
3. Custom Vanity Domains & TLS Infrastructure
Pro and Enterprise accounts may attach external vanity domains. Covey RSVP utilizes Caddy On-Demand TLS with Let's Encrypt to issue SSL certificates automatically. Users are responsible for configuring proper DNS CNAME / A records at their registrar (such as Namecheap).
4. Data Privacy & Guest Communications
Guest contact information (email addresses and phone numbers) is collected solely for the designated event host to deliver logistics notices, RSVP reminders, and digital check-in passes via Resend and Twilio APIs. Covey RSVP does not sell or rent guest contact lists to third-party data brokers.
